Environmental Policy
The Telecom Shop is always working towards minimising the impact of our activities on the environment and finding ethically correct ways of running our business, both socially and environmentally. We endeavor to do this in the following ways:
- Refurbishing used products is a painstaking process, yet is part of our commitment to recycling equipment that would otherwise go to landfill. We sell these items at reduced prices and offer warranties ensuring customers feel secure in their environmentally friendly order
- Discarded line and curly cords are sent off and melted down for copper and plastics
- Refill ink cartridges
- Where possible we use recycled boxes and packaging
We are a family run business which operates on fairness, honesty and equality towards our staff, suppliers and customers.
